Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Check your cart at checkout to see if your order qualifies.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding — stay tuned!

Are your products safe for elderly and sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Every product we carry is selected with comfort and safety in mind. Our hygiene products are gentle, alcohol-free, and pH-balanced where applicable.

Do I need a plumber to install the bidet sprayers?
No! Our bidet sprayers are designed for easy DIY installation and connect directly to your existing toilet water supply in minutes — no tools or plumber required.

Are the wet wipes flushable?
We recommend disposing of wet wipes in the trash rather than flushing to protect your plumbing and the environment.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at support@dignitydaily.org with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage returns.

How do I cancel or change my order?
