Return Policy

At Dignity Daily, we stand behind every product we sell. We know that our customers — and the loved ones they care for — depend on these products for their daily comfort and independence. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Disposable wet wipes and personal hygiene consumables
  • Toilet paper and paper products
  • Any item that has been used or shows signs of use

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@dignitydaily.org with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dignitydaily.org with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
